Digital Image Set License Terms

Difference Between License Types

There are currently two license types available: basic and extended.

Credit is required for commercial use with a basic license for each clip art set, unless you purchased an extended license for the clip art set you want.

You can credit the graphics back with the following:

“Graphics © Christine Garner | www.thimblefolio.com”

The credit line must be in place where anything you have made with the product is being sold. If you do not want to credit you must purchase an extended license for each clip art set you want to use.

You may not copyright the artwork in any way, shape or form. We do not authorise copyright use for derivative work.

The following information applies to both basic and extended licenses.

Copyright

All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to Christine Garner (the Illustrator), including but not limited to all rights in preliminary materials and all non-electronic rights. For purposes of this Agreement, electronic rights are defined as rights in the digitised form of works that can be encoded, stored, and retrieved from such media as computer disks, CD-ROM, computer databases, and network servers.

By purchasing Christine Garner’s artwork you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one person license to use Christine Garner’s artwork in the ways defined by the license agreement purchased only.

The copyright does not transfer to the buyer and you may not resell or share any of the files in any shape or form to friends, family or anyone else. Please refer them to this website (www.thimblefolio.com) if they are interested in the products, where they can purchase it themselves.
